Bay59 Websites are making a limited special offer of a free web page for businesses and not-for-profit organisations. A few simple conditions apply.

WHAT THIS OFFER INCLUDES

Bay59 will register a suitable domain name for you. You will have the opportunity to review available names before registration. You will have to pay in advance for the registration of the domain name, which is an outlay for us. Currently we are able to offer a special price of only AUS$25 for a .com or .org for two years registration.

Once the domain name is registered, Bay59 will prepare written content for your approval, and will provide at least one photo image for the free web page. We will also include your business logo on the website, if you are able to supply this image in digital format.

The web page will include a link to a Google map (where this service operates), to identify your location. Bay59 will set up one e-mail address for you on your newly registered domain name, and Bay59 will register your new website with Google and other major search engines.

The only other expense that is incurred with websites is for hosting. For these limited-offer websites, Bay59 will host your page with Australian web hosting company MYOB/Ilisys at the special price of only AUS$10 per month - with the first four months free of charge. This gives you ample opportunity to decide whether the web page is of benefit to your business. You may cancel at any time, without notice and without charge, but if you change to another web company we will charge a one-time AUS$60 fee to help effect the transfer.

Terms and Conditions

Bay59 reserves the right to decline to provide website services (whether paid or without charge) to businesses, individuals or organisations that are outside the marketing profile that Bay59 is seeking to create.

Bay59 has limited capacity to create and maintain websites. Once this capacity has been reached, this free website offer may be withdrawn without notice. The registration of a domain name by Bay59 on behalf of a client indicates our acceptance of their participation in the free offer program.

Participating clients are required to pay, in advance, the AUS$25 outlay we incur for the two year registration of a domain name. Clients will be advised beforehand of the availability of domain names and will have the opportunity to select the most suitable URL.

The website free offer is for a single page, limited content website, on the lines of the examples shown on the Bay59 website. Content for the page, including suitable images, will be prepared by Bay59 for approval by the client. The client undertakes responsibility for the accuracy of the content. Bay59 retains copyright over the design, images and content it prepares.

Ongoing updates or additions to the content can be handled by Bay59 at a charge of AUS$40 per hour, charged in units of 15 minutes at AUS$10 per unit.

This free offer is conditional upon websites being hosted on our server with Australian company MYOB/Ilysis. The first four months of hosting of the free website are provided without charge. Once the four months expires, Bay59 will bill clients for hosting at a rate of AUS$10 per month, payable in advance. Clients may cancel their website without notice and without further charge.

Should clients choose to transfer their website to another business then Bay59 will levy a one-time charge of AUS$60 to assist with the transfer.
