Free Website Offer – Terms and Conditions

Bay59 reserves the right to decline to provide website services (whether paid or without charge) to businesses, individuals or organisations that are outside the marketing profile that Bay59 is seeking to create.

Bay59 has limited capacity to create and maintain websites. Once this capacity has been reached, this free website offer may be withdrawn without notice. The registration of a domain name by Bay59 on behalf of a client indicates our acceptance of their participation in the free offer program.

Participating clients are required to pay, in advance, the AUS$35 outlay we incur for the two year registration of a domain name. Clients will be advised beforehand of the availability of domain names and will have the opportunity to select the most suitable URL.

The website free offer is for a single page, limited content website, on the lines of the examples shown on the Bay59 website. Content for the page, including suitable images, will be prepared by Bay59 for approval by the client. The client undertakes responsibility for accuracy of the content. Bay59 retains copyright over the design, images and content it prepares.

Ongoing updates or additions to the content can be handled by Bay59 at a charge of AUS$40 per hour, charged in units of 15 minutes at AUS$10 per unit.

This free offer is conditional upon websites being hosted on our server with Australian company Ilysis. The first four months of hosting of your free website are provided without charge. Once the four months expires, Bay59 will bill clients for hosting at a rate of AUS$10 per month, paid in advance. Clients may cancel their website without notice and without further charge.

Should clients choose to transfer their website to another business then Bay59 will levy a one-time charge of AUS$60 to assist with the transfer.
